What we are best placed to help with

• Corrections. If a specification here does not match the source we cited, we want to know. Include the page and what you are checking against and it will be fixed quickly.
• Specifications we have missed. If a manufacturer publishes a figure we listed as 'not published', send the link — several of our blank cells are the most useful things on the site, and we would rather they were filled correctly.
• Coverage requests. If there is an oven or a comparison you expected to find here and did not, that is genuinely useful to know.

What we cannot do

We cannot tell you how an oven performs in use, because we have not cooked on these ovens — that limitation is set out in full on the methodology page. We also cannot help with warranty claims, repairs or orders, all of which belong with the manufacturer or the retailer you bought from.
